Environmental health

The various action plans elaborated and implemented by the government (“NEHAP”, but also the specific plans for Air, Water, Heat wave, Legionella,…) have all contributed to the development of the environmental health field in France.

In order to cover this vast domain, there is a need for the implementation of new work methods and organising the various actors, currently dealing with surveillance, expertise and public information, into a network. Afsset was created in order to achieve this objective.
